As I write this the world is in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. While I normally teach fitness, my studio has been closed for a while, and likely will be for some time to come.
So for not the first time, I have to reinvent myself. One of the nice things about getting older is I feel like I don’t have to care so much about what I “should” do, and can focus on what I want to do.
And what I want to do is just learn a bunch of stuff I think is interesting, and share what I learn with other people. The sharing is not because I think anyone cares what I think, or have to say. Rather it’s just to help me deepen my understanding of what I’m learning, by explaining the topic to someone else.
Prior to this project I’ve worked as a soldier, a cop, a real estate agent, a code enforcement officer, and most recently, a Pilates instructor.
If you found this website, and I genuinely cannot imagine how, I intend to be shotgunning topics all over the place, and it’s a nightmare to try and find an audience with that structure. But I don’t care because I’m old enough to be a little obstinate now.
